John Hellinikakis – Managing Director
John is a very experienced engineer, managing director and now ‘independent transformation leader’. He has spent many years in a key division of a major multinational specialising in trading, steel, mining, manufacturing, stockholding and distribution, finance and shipping sectors.
He is cross culturally adept, and skilled in the very fast moving and volatile Far East Markets as the interface between multinational clients and the Far East- China, Philippines, Korea, Taiwan, previously based in Hong Kong and Singapore.
He established regional HQ for a German multinational leading reach profitability with 3 years. In another role, led his division to become the largest independent exporter of steel products to China within 2 years from zero to $110 million of sales.
Having reached 30 years of experience in a very successful career, he is now moving into independent board level projects and international trading consultancy.
He has fine reputation with key banks and a proven evaluator of ‘risk’ against ‘reward’ as well as being a proven lead negotiator in complex high value complex contracts.
